Sincerely, Marissa Finch Assistant Director for Student Living (315) 792-3285 email@example.com Living on campus can be one of the best experiences in the life of a college student. Our student-living program focuses on complementing formal classroom training by providing students with a “total university experience” for growth and personal development. All students receive a report on the condition of the room on arrival and must compare the comments with the actual condition of their room to ensure accurate check-in to avoid the cost of damage during the check-out. Students can add additional comments with their resident assistant when checking in. Students are also encouraged to send firstname.lastname@example.org all images they wish to provide in the form of documentation and to include their name, residence and room number in the subject line. If a student notices damage shortly after moving in, he is asked to refer him immediately to his territorial coordinator. If you are a student who has completed their online courses for the fall of 2020 and is returning to campus for spring 2021, please fill out this housing preference form so we have your favorite information about accommodation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the accommodation you originally allocated for the fall of 2020 remains available. We will do our best to satisfy your preferences. Students who have applied for admission and have obtained a student ID number may apply for accommodation on the Raymond or Utica campus. Students use their IDs to register for the apartment portal in their myHinds account. After registration, students must pay a room reservation fee of $52 and choose the desired campus.
The invitations invite the student to choose his building preferences, his preferences in the room and his roommates. When the update period begins, students receive a notification of their Hinds email.
